Pre-purchase Timber/Pest Inspection Report
When you are purchasing your new property we will:
- Secure you an appointment for a Timber/Pest Inspection (we can also arrange a Building Inspector to attend at the same time if you haven't already organised one)
- Conduct a Pre-purchase TimberPest Inspection on your home (carried out to the Australian Standard 4349.3).
- Send you a detailed report of our findings within 24 hours of the inspection - usually the same working day.
Pre-purchase Timber/Pest Inspection from only $265 for an average size family home.
For complete peace of mind that your new property will be termite free we include a specialised Thermal Imaging Inspection at no extra cost.
Pre-purchase Building AND Pest Inspections from only $530 for an average size family home.
One team - two inspectors - one qualified Timber Pest Inspector AND one qualified Building Inspector means two sets of eyes inspecting your property.
